Responsibilities
- Coordinate federal grant programs for veteran support services
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory adjustments
- Liaise with congressional offices and veteran advocacy groups
- Oversee program budgets and ensure compliance with federal mandates
- Develop performance metrics and quarterly progress reports
- Train state/local partners on federal program implementation

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., SAM.gov)
- Advanced knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
