Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned federal programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies.
- Analyze program data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with other federal agencies, state, and local partners to program implementation.
- Develop and implement program improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and training to staff and stakeholders on program requirements.
- Monitor program budgets and expenditures to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Business, Political Science) or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in federal program management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant program management software.
