Responsibilities

- Coordinate with state and local government agencies
- Manage grant allocations and budget tracking
- Conduct veteran outreach and needs assessments
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (VA, OMB, GAO)
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11/GS-12 level equivalent experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
