Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran outreach programs across the Mid-South region
- Analyze program data to optimize service delivery and veteran satisfaction
- Collaborate with federal, state, and community partners on veteran initiatives
- Manage grant applications and compliance for veteran support programs
- Conduct stakeholder briefings and report on program effectiveness
- Maintain confidential veteran case records with strict adherence to federal regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams for special veteran events and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., eRA Commons)
- VA-eligible security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with veteran-focused service organizations preferred
- Advanced knowledge of federal compliance regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
