Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program policies across national security domains
- Analyze complex datasets to inform strategic decision-making
- Coordinate interagency initiatives with federal/state/local partners
- Prepare detailed congressional reports and budget justifications
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FISMA, FERPA, etc.)
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance protocols
- Represent agency at congressional hearings and stakeholder forums
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Expertise in federal grant management (CFDA, OMB Circulars)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA systems
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Demonstrated crisis response coordination experience
