Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran service programs across 5 counties
- Coordinate with community organizations for resource integration
- Analyze program outcomes and prepare compliance reports
- Manage grant budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Provide training to veteran service officers
- Conduct site visits and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations and VA policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- VA certification in Veteran Services preferred
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Clearable background investigation required
- Experience with Gantt project scheduling tools
- Strong analytical writing skills
- U.S. citizenship and Selective Service registration
