Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal grant programs supporting veteran healthcare initiatives
- Analyze policy compliance and prepare detailed reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate multi-agency partnerships across state and local jurisdictions
- Manage program budgets exceeding $2M with quarterly financial reviews
- Lead stakeholder engagement with veteran service organizations
- Conduct data analysis using VA's proprietary systems (VISTA, CPRS)
- Maintain strict adherence to federal procurement regulations (FAR)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in federal grant writing and compliance frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of Veterans Affairs programs and policies
- Experience with cross-agency collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- US citizenship required
