Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program initiatives aligned with agency goals
- Analyze complex regulations and compliance requirements for veterans' services
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program deliverables on schedule
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership
- Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal accountability
- Conduct stakeholder outreach and maintain interagency relationships
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Proficiency in federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) and grant management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal budgeting and reporting systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Knowledge of veterans' affairs programs preferred
