Responsibilities
- Oversee federal grant program implementation and budget allocation
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Coordinate with state/local government partners in Ohio
- Analyze program performance data and prepare reports for Congress
- Develop policy recommendations for veteran service improvements
- Manage stakeholder relationships with federal agencies
- Conduct site visits and program audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 3+ years federal government program management experience
- Proficient in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
