Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal veterans' benefit programs ensuring compliance with VA regulations
- Analyze program data and prepare quarterly performance reports for agency leadership
- Collaborate with state and local agencies to streamline veteran service delivery
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase veteran program participation
- Conduct eligibility reviews for pension and disability compensation claims
- Maintain accurate documentation in federal databases and case management systems
- Represent the agency at community events and stakeholder meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of federal program coordination experience
- Proficiency with federal compliance regulations (VA, OMB, and GAO standards)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data reporting and program evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel within Florida as needed
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
