Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency healthcare compliance initiatives across federal/state/local frameworks
- Develop and implement evidence-based program evaluation protocols
- Manage stakeholder relationships with 15+ government agencies
- Analyze complex regulatory data to inform policy recommendations
- Lead cross-functional teams on emergency response protocols
- Prepare congressional briefings and executive performance reports
- Ensure HIPAA/ACA compliance across 3-state region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years federal/state/local government program management experience
- Expertise in healthcare regulatory compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Valid security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret)
- Proven crisis communication with elected officials
- PMP or CPM certification required
