Responsibilities
- Research and analyze complex policy issues across healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and recommendations for legislative review
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Monitor federal and state legislative developments affecting Arizona communities
- Present findings to senior officials and legislative committees

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years of government policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Experience with budget analysis and grant management
- Knowledge of Arizona Revised Statutes
