Responsibilities
- Analyze federal healthcare policy impacts on California communities
- Coordinate grant programs with state/local agencies
- Prepare compliance reports for OMB and congressional review
- Lead stakeholder engagement with healthcare providers
- Develop program evaluation frameworks using federal guidelines
- Manage $5M+ federal budgets with strict accountability
- Train state partners on federal regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Expert knowledge of CFR Title 42 & HHS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant systems (e.g., GSA eRA)
- Experience with SAM.gov & FPDS reporting
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise
