Responsibilities
- Develop and implement federal program policies and procedures
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate interagency collaborations and stakeholder communications
- Manage grant allocations and budget oversight
- Conduct program evaluations and recommend improvements
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS)
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- GS-11 equivalent or higher federal service
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Active Secret security clearance
- Knowledge of VA regulations and policies
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
