Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate federal grant programs supporting veteran healthcare initiatives
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports for OMB review
- Collaborate with state/local agencies to implement federal healthcare policies
- Develop outreach materials for veteran benefit programs
- Conduct virtual stakeholder meetings with veteran service organizations
- Ensure adherence to federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- Maintain accurate program documentation in VA databases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal/state/local government program management experience
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GAINS, SAM.gov)
- Knowledge of VA healthcare programs and federal compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with experience in program evaluation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional written communication for federal reporting requirements
