Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years federal/state/local government experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Advanced proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., GSA Advantage)
- Expertise in regulatory compliance (FAR, DFARS, CFR)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management across government sectors
- Professional certification (e.g., CPPB, CPFP) preferred
