Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs supporting veterans' healthcare initiatives
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports
- Coordinate interagency communications with VA, DoD, and state partners
- Develop training materials for stakeholders across Florida
- Conduct site visits to ensure program adherence to federal regulations
- Respond to congressional inquiries and constituent requests
- Maintain accurate program documentation in federal databases
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Experience with veterans' affairs programs preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check
