Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in federal or program management
- Proficiency in federal regulations (VA, OMB, GAO guidelines)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with veteran service programs preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
