Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize federal veteran benefit programs ensuring compliance with VA regulations
- Coordinate with stakeholders across government agencies to streamline service delivery
- Analyze program performance data and implement strategic improvements
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for program audits and reporting
- Train and mentor junior staff on federal compliance procedures
- Represent the VA in community outreach initiatives across North Florida
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal program management or compliance
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Proficiency with federal grant management systems (e.g., GMS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in policy implementation
