Responsibilities
- Develop and implement veteran benefit programs in compliance with federal regulations
- Analyze program performance metrics and prepare comprehensive impact reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery
- Manage grant funding allocations and ensure fiscal accountability
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders on veteran support initiatives
- Conduct site visits to verify program implementation and compliance
- Represent the agency at community outreach events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal program management experience
- Proficiency with federal procurement and grant management systems
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities
- Active security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of veteran benefits programs (VA, DoD, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal budgeting processes
