Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs and compliance monitoring for state/local partnerships
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare compliance reports for congressional oversight
- Coordinate interagency initiatives between federal, state, and local governments
- Develop data-driven recommendations for natural resource management programs
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions with tribal, municipal, and NGO partners
- Conduct program evaluations and implement corrective action plans
- Maintain secure documentation in accordance with federal records management standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Environmental Policy, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal program management or compliance experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Expertise in federal grant management (CFDA, OMB Circulars)
- Advanced proficiency in Gantt chart development and risk assessment tools
- Proven ability to navigate federal procurement processes (FAR/DFARS)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background investigation
