Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with VA regulations and OMB guidelines
- Develop and implement policy solutions for veterans' benefit delivery systems
- Analyze complex datasets to inform program optimization and performance metrics
- Coordinate with congressional offices and veteran service organizations
- Lead cross-agency initiatives for veterans' healthcare access improvements
- Prepare detailed budget reports and congressional testimony materials
- Conduct site evaluations of VA facilities across Texas region
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years federal program management experience
- Expertise in federal procurement and grant management (FAR/DFARS)
