Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will manage the lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You will serve as a key liaison between the government and our internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts, from initiation through closeout.
- Ensure strict adherence to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and company policies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate contract documentation and reports.
- Communicate effectively with government stakeholders, vendors, and internal management.
- Monitor contract performance metrics and deliverables to ensure quality standards.
- Resolve contract disputes and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, tenders, and contract amendments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in federal contracting or administrative support.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
