Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with VA regulations and performance metrics
- Coordinate interagency partnerships to enhance veteran service delivery across Minnesota
- Analyze program data and prepare executive reports for congressional stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years federal program management experience
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in federal grant management systems (e.g., MAX)
- Expertise in veterans' affairs regulations (38 CFR)
- Advanced analytical skills with data visualization experience
