- Manage veteran benefit programs with 99% accuracy
- Process claims using federal systems (VA, CMS)
- Conduct remote eligibility assessments
- Collaborate with Tampa-based field offices
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations
- Train new staff on program protocols
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Respond to congressional inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years federal program experience
- VA claims processing certification
- Proficiency in federal IT systems (VA, CMS)
- Remote work capability with reliable internet
- Security clearance eligibility
- Tampa area residency preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
