Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and regulations.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for ongoing projects.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records in compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the federal or government sector.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
