Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time government data streams and communication channels during night shifts.
- Respond to after-hours inquiries and emergency notifications with high-priority dispatch protocols.
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate digital logs of all night shift activities.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handover of ongoing cases and critical information.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and security protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment to ensure operational readiness 24/7.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience working in a night shift environment or call center operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure during critical incidents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and government reporting software.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and security clearance verification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
