Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital federal records in compliance with strict government regulations.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist in the archiving and retrieval of sensitive documentation for federal agencies.
- Conduct routine audits of records to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Communicate effectively with federal clients and internal stakeholders regarding document requests.
- Utilize document management software to track inventory and update databases.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in records management, data entry, or clerical work preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance process.
