Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing federal correspondence and records with strict adherence to compliance standards.
- Perform data entry and verification for federal databases, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the archiving of sensitive government documents and maintain secure filing systems.
- Communicate with federal agency representatives to clarify documentation requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and distribute weekly status reports regarding document processing and inventory levels.
- Conduct periodic audits of filing systems to identify and rectify errors.
- Support the team during peak workload periods to ensure federal deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in records management or administrative support.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal documentation software.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume environments.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
