Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming and outgoing federal documents with strict adherence to regulations.
- Operate high-speed document scanning equipment and imaging systems.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital and physical records within the federal database.
- Perform periodic audits of filing systems to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for federal audits and inspections.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace in accordance with OSHA and agency safety standards.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in records management, clerical work, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be available to work a full-time schedule including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry accuracy.
- Security: Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance.
