Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing federal correspondence and records with high accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks into secure government databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the archiving of physical and digital files in accordance with federal retention schedules.
- Conduct regular audits of record storage areas to ensure compliance with privacy and security laws.
- Provide administrative support to federal staff during weekend operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with federal employees regarding document retrieval and processing.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Previous experience in office administration, records management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during the assigned weekend shift.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance check.
