Responsibilities
- Monitor federal facilities using CCTV systems and access control points
- Conduct routine security patrols and perimeter checks
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Screen visitors and vehicles using federal compliance standards
- Write detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Operate X-ray machines and metal detectors
- Enforce federal security regulations at all access points
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to obtain TSA certification within 90 days
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Proficient in security software and surveillance systems
- Pass federal background investigation and drug screening
