Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to security breaches and emergency situations with coordinated protocols
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for federal compliance
- Screen personnel and vehicles entering restricted areas using X-ray and metal detection equipment
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce federal security regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in security technology systems (CCTV, access control)
- Strong physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours nightly
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
