Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for natural disasters and security threats
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and federal agencies on joint security operations
- Analyze intelligence reports and threat data to proactively mitigate risks
- Train personnel on security procedures and compliance with federal regulations
- Manage security systems including access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in security management or federal law enforcement
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Certification in Homeland Security (HS) or Physical Security (PS)
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in threat assessment
- Excellent communication and crisis management abilities
- Ability to work irregular hours and during emergency deployments
