Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of federal facilities and critical infrastructure
- Develop and implement advanced threat mitigation strategies using cutting-edge technology
- Coordinate with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies during security incidents
- Manage access control systems and conduct background investigations for personnel clearance
- Analyze intelligence reports to identify emerging security risks and vulnerabilities

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal law enforcement or security operations
- Proficiency in security software systems (e.g., SIEM platforms, access control systems)
- Valid Texas driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex security protocols
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS) preferred
