Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of federal facilities and classified systems
- Implement and maintain security protocols per federal regulations (FIPS 199, NISPOM)
- Manage access control systems and security badge issuance for personnel
- Coordinate with military and civilian agencies on joint security operations
- Investigate security breaches and prepare detailed incident reports
- Train personnel on security procedures and emergency response protocols
- Oversee CCTV monitoring and alarm system operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (Secret or higher)
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal security or law enforcement
- Proficiency with security software (CCTV, access control systems)
- Knowledge of FEMA and DHS security frameworks
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts and emergency deployments
- Strong written communication skills for report writing
