Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous surveillance and patrols of federal facilities during overnight hours
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to security incidents with calm professionalism following federal protocols
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with federal law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Provide access control and credential verification for personnel and visitors
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security experience with federal or government background preferred
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in security technology systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems)
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and climb stairs
