Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly surveillance patrols of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce access control protocols for personnel and vehicles during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with rapid tactical coordination
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports in federal compliance systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during cross-jurisdictional operations
- Conduct routine vulnerability assessments of perimeter security systems
- Train junior security staff on nighttime emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement, military, or federal security
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Certification in federal facility security operations (preferred)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to obtain and maintain DHS fitness-for-duty standards
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure during overnight operations
