Responsibilities
- Conduct routine perimeter patrols and surveillance monitoring during overnight shifts
- Manage access control points and verify credentials for personnel/vehicles
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with emergency services
- Maintain detailed security logs and incident documentation
- Operate advanced security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
- Enforce federal security regulations and facility protocols
- Conduct threat assessments and risk mitigation measures
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with security technology systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Physical fitness for extended patrols and emergency response
- Familiarity with federal security regulations (FISMA, NISPOM)
