Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to real-time security alerts during night operations
- Conduct physical patrols of federal facilities and perimeters
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials of personnel/visitors
- Coordinate emergency responses with federal/local law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Operate advanced security equipment including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Train junior security staff on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Secret security clearance
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10pm-6am)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and alarm systems
- Strong written communication for incident reporting
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
