Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance and patrols of federal facilities using advanced monitoring systems
- Enforce access control protocols and verify credentials for personnel and visitors
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with federal law enforcement agencies
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Operate X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and other security screening equipment
- Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with emergency response teams during critical situations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and overtime as required
- Proficiency with security software and surveillance technology
- Strong physical endurance and ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Successful completion of federal background investigation
