Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure federal facilities using advanced surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Conduct routine patrols and access control procedures to ensure compliance with federal security protocols
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate with law enforcement agencies as required
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation using government-mandated systems
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and communication devices
- Participate in quarterly security drills and mandatory federal training programs
- Collaborate with day-shift personnel to ensure seamless security operations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management software
- Pass physical fitness assessment and background investigation
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification (will be provided if not current)
