Responsibilities
- Conduct weekend security patrols and access control checks at federal facilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents 24/7
- Enforce federal security protocols and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with local law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend security enhancements
- Train and mentor junior security personnel on weekend rotations
- Maintain compliance with DHS and TSA regulations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficient in surveillance systems and access control technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass federal background investigation
