Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of federal facilities during weekend shifts
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts in real-time
- Enforce access control procedures and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Document security incidents and submit detailed reports according to federal protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain security infrastructure
- Participate in emergency response drills and security training programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
