Responsibilities
- Conduct security patrols and access control at federal facilities
- Operate surveillance systems and monitor alarm responses
- Enforce security protocols and report suspicious activities
- Respond to emergency situations per federal guidelines
- Maintain detailed incident and activity documentation
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during joint operations
- Conduct threat assessments and vulnerability analyses
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Proficient in surveillance systems and security technology
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Pass federal background investigation and drug screening
- Emergency response certification preferred
