Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed security logs and incident reports for weekend activities
- Train junior security personnel on weekend shift protocols and emergency procedures

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (required)
- Minimum 3 years of federal or law enforcement security experience
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong written communication skills for incident reporting
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm)
