Responsibilities
- Conduct 24/7 surveillance operations and patrols of federal facilities
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms in real-time
- Perform access control screenings for personnel and visitors
- Collaborate with local law enforcement during emergency response
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and recommend improvements
- Train junior security staff on federal protocols
Qualifications
- Active U.S. citizenship and federal security clearance
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid New Mexico concealed carry permit preferred
- Proficiency in CCTV systems and access control software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong written communication for report writing
- HS diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
