Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to federal personnel and stakeholders.
- Manage, organize, and distribute incoming correspondence, reports, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing materials, travel orders, and administrative schedules for senior leadership.
- Monitor compliance with agency policies and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and security teams to resolve complex operational issues.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records within the Department of Defense (DoD) systems.
- Participate in weekly briefings and training sessions to stay updated on changing federal directives.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a government or federal contracting environment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with federal case management software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Colorado Springs, CO.
