Responsibilities
- Process federal and state applications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with applicants, government officials, and internal stakeholders regarding program requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain confidential records and documentation in accordance with privacy laws.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state government procedures and protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
