Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and security of federal IT infrastructure and network environments.
- Ensure strict adherence to DoD, NSA, and NIST security compliance standards and regulations.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support high-priority government projects.
- Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a federal or defense contracting environment.
- Expert proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Strong working knowledge of network security protocols, encryption, and PKI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and government acquisition processes.
